I don't have strong feelings on it. I think it might be worth sorting
things to some canonical order - sorting rays or vertices or whatever
other input should be fast, even in python, compared to the actual
polyhedral work. But I know with cddlib that was a bit of a hassle since
the internal ordering might be different.
