This patch provides an interface to Singular, which gives a faster
implementation of free algebras and adds new features such as for example
quotients of free algebras (for terms of homogeneous degree). I have
tested the quotient algebra features extensively and they seem to work
great!
I do not feel qualified to do a technical review, but I am happy to give a
positive review for the new features added.
