I added an `__iter__` method for `FreeAlgebraElement_letterplace`,
returning the list of pairs "exponent tuple, coefficient", and a method of
`FreeAlgebra_letterplace` that returns an element, such that
`F(dict(p))==p` for any element p of F. That has been requested by
Nicolas.

Apply trac7797-full_letterplace_wrapper.patch
