Thank you! There is at least one point that should probably be raised on
sage-algebra: Is it acceptable that (with my patch) the `FreeAlgebra`
constructor returns a polynomial ring when asked for a free algebra with
only one generator?
Mathematically it is correct, but I wonder if that is acceptable in a CAS.
