By the way, I also added a comment to the top of $SAGE_LOCAL/bin/sage-
spkg-install explaining what it's for, and changed its file permissions to
make it non-executable (it becomes executable when turning into spkg-
install in the various SPKGs it's a template installer for, anyway).
