No, it is not as easy.
Again, in your `deriv` example:

sage: sage_getargspec(deriv.func)
ArgSpec(args=['x', 'y'], varargs=None, keywords=None, defaults=(1, 2))
sage: deriv.keywords
{'x': 3}
}}}
So, am I right that we want to have
{{{
sage: sage_getargspec(deriv)
ArgSpec(args=['x', 'y'], varargs=None, keywords=None, defaults=(3, 2))
}}}
?
