It is still more complicated.
In Argspec, it is assumed that the arguments with default values come
last. Apparently, that assumption does not hold, in general, if you apply
`partial`:

sage: def blablubb(x,y):
....: return x+y
....:
sage: f = functools.partial(blablubb,x=3)
sage: f.keywords
{'x': 3}
}}}
So, what should sage_getargspec(f) return?? Should it raise an error,
since the default values are in the wrong place?
