I went back and re-checked the differences with the previous atlas-3.8.3
and found that I accidentally dropped some patches that deal with itanium
detection. This manifests itself in the build log as `Architecture
configured as UNKNOWN` whereas it previously was `Architecture configured
as IA64Itan2`. I've re-added the Itanium patches and updated the
atlas-3.8.4.spkg. I'm pretty sure that it'll work now.
