We really needed that run on the build bot otherwise we wouldn't have
caught it. I had a quick look at the spkg Volker, did you update SPKG.txt
with what you just did? It doesn't look like it to me. It looks like it
could use some clean up so we know exactly what is currently needed versus
what was needed in the past.
