 With the updated patch we are down to:

 {{{
 sage -t  -long devel/sage/sage/modular/modsym/heilbronn.pyx # 2 doctests
 failed
 sage -t  -long devel/sage/sage/modular/abvar/homology.py # 3 doctests
 failed
 }}}

 However, there also seems to be a doctest failure in {{{matrix2.pyx}}}
 which is not that easily reproduced.
