Added hyperbolic_arc and hyperbolic_triangle to documentation in
sage.plot. Fixed const in SL2Z.cpp. Pruned the documentation so that sage
--docbuild --jsmath reference html actually works. I am still not happy
with the treatment of linebreaks in the documentation ... . It would be
nice to add at least one plot of a fundamental domain, i.e. Gamma0(23),
to the documentation.
