 a (not that) new 4ti2 spkg] which will be "included" in Sage 4.7.2.alpha3.
 (It's still an ''optional'' package; cf. #8217.)

 FWIW, passes all (long, optional) doctests in `sage/sandpiles/` and
 `doc/en/thematic_tutorials/sandpile.rst` with the newer 4ti2 spkg and the
 Sage 4.7.2.alpha3 prerelease as well.
