 UCF.is_subring(UCF) just returns
 {{{
 sage: UCF is UCF
 }}}
 and as `UniversalCyclotomicField` inherits from `UniqueRepresentation`,
 this should return `True`. I don't know if this error might come from some
 lazy import which makes UCF not unique, or if something changed in
 `UniqueRepresentation`? Nicolas might know...
