I don't foresee any use of mori.x in Sage, what we already have in the
toric geometry package is more general (e.g. the fan need not be
simplicial to compute the Kahler cone, plus no dimension/number of ray
restrictions). Max's students implemented a expect interface to Singular
in C to compute the Stanley-Reisner ideal, but Sage has libSingular.
Though I guess we might just as well install it since it is built by
default. I've updated the spkg accordingly.
