In particular the very first error shows that PALP just does not work
correctly anymore, i.e. it is not some kind of an ordering/parsing issue.
I have just rerun tests on `lattice_polytope` separately - they still
pass.
Can it be some kind of a platform issue that prevents new version of PALP
from building? The package install script is quite simple and seems to do
all it is trying to do just fine.
