And here is why it is a mess.
`PolynomialQuotientRingElement` has, of course, a `_mul_` method. But when
one defines the element class of a polnyomial quotient ring, then this
`_mul_` method is OVERRIDDEN by the category stuff, namely by
`_mul_parent`. That must not happen.
