I have updated my last patch. I added some documentation, including a big
fat warning concerning subclasses of subclasses of Category_singleton. In
addition, I make sure that using Category_singleton ''directly'' does not
destroy the cache of its subclasses. And I make polynomial quotient rings
use categories.
However, it is not "needs review" yet, because I still have to remove the
use of `is_ring` and `is_field`, and also I will eventually produce a
combined patch.
