I see no problem to move the Live CD to the end of the first group
(methods which are tested and can be implemented by a skillfull user).
Tthe second group has methods which are either in full developement (like
Cygwin) or need tinkering (like andlinux)
If it is better then all those other methods could even be skipped or
shifted somewhere else to avoid confusion.
