include any file starting with ".", so it excludes "." and "..".
Maybe I'm mistaken. I know causing a major headache at uni with that
command. A junior system admin was not very Unix literate, so I told him
what to type. But I made a mistake, which meant his typing caused havoc,
as I became the owner of everyone's files!
