I added some code to "init_generators" to fix both problems. I agree that
it would be good to rewire the generators of the top-level arithmetic
subgroup class. It would be even better to implement Webers O(n) algorithm
for generators of the congruence subgroups to "farey.cpp" (requires some
work).
