We need to build GCC to have Fortran. Or we have to ship Fortran sources
'''and''' binaries which makes no sense at all.
You could argue that we shouldn't use the `gcc` that we built. But I
would expect gcc-4.6.3 to be better than Apple's gcc-4.0.1 (even though it
contains bugs).
