(By the way, you're right that is very easy for us to require Twisted 11.1
specifically, instead of just >=11.0 (which would pull 12.0). Should we
specifically require 11.1, or is it okay to produce an spkg that has
Twisted 12.0? It doesn't matter to me---whichever gets the notebook in
faster.
