Oh. And does it make a difference, even in Cython ? I thought you were
using the MixedIntegerLinearProgram.solver_parameter function, but it
looks like you directly use the backend `;-)`
Perhaps the best for you would be to create an empty LP with the right
parameters and clone it afterwards !
