Um, OK... the pyOpenSSL SPKG already does this. So I guess the problem is
that sagenb saw there was a newer version of pyOpenSSL sitting right there
and decided to install it even though you already had 0.8 installed. I'll
upgrade the pyOpenSSL SPKG to 0.12 and then everything should hopefully
work...
