Comment (by SimonKing):
At [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4753127/python-easy-install-
specify-directory-housing-required-files stackoverflow], the variables
`C_INCLUDE_PATH` and `CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH` are mentioned as an option to
make easy_install understand the location of headers.
Worth a try, I'd say!
And why should there be a new pyOpenSSL spkg? I think one should instead
modify spkg-install in the sagenb spkg (using C_INCLUDE_PATH), so that the
pyOpenSSL sub-package (which is different from the pyOpenSSL spkg) is
correctly installed.
