If it is indeed true that setting C_INCLUDE_PATH gives priority to the
given path, but uses the default patch as fallback, then I think setting
C_INCLUDE_PATH for ''all'' sub-packages (not just for pyOpenSSL - in fact
I added the C_INCLUDE_PATH already to the second line of the spkg-install
script) would be a valid solution.
And concerning warning message: Is it really a good solution to try to
install pyOpenSSL and look whether it fails? Should one not rather start
by searching for the headers, and immediately raise the warning (and stop
installation) if they are missing, without the attempt to install any sub-
package?
