Well, maybe `sage-spkg`'s message is redundant... ;-)
I do that in every `spkg-check`, since `sage-spkg`'s message isn't always
appropriate (since it runs `spkg-check`, not the test suite; `spkg-check`
might do other things before), one might miss it, and it uses the filename
of the spkg rather than the package's name.
