 Thank you now I've got it...This may take a bit to fix.  It appears to be
 a discrepancy between the server and javascript applet numbers.  There are
 many places where the update could be getting messed up.  At least I know
 what to look for now.  And  you are correct, this should have nothing to
 do with whether the applets are signed or not.
