In this case, because #12229 does not need that much additional work, and
because we would like people to TEST the new notebook at an early stage a
lot (which #12229 is totally unnecessary for), I disagree.
In any case, most of what ails #12229 is for nb.sagemath.org to be updated
slightly so we can change some references there, and I've already sent
Harald two emails with specific changes (which hopefully he'll get back to
me on soon). So I think it would be penny-wise and pound-foolish to wait
for #12229. Also, having this ticket in will put more motivation behind
the people at #12229 to get it done :)
