 Sounds good to me, except I'd call it 0.9.0, not 0.9.0.p0. Since no 0.9.0
 has gone up on the Sage mirrors yet, there's no need for a patch version
 yet - and a patch version should technically have changes to SPKG.txt too,
 but as I said before, I want to avoid changing SPKG.txt since it's already
 been rewritten for #13121.

 So I've put your SPKG at the URL in the ticket description, renaming it
 `sagenb-0.9.0.spkg` and renaming the directory inside it to
 `sagenb-0.9.0`.
