 not for me - I still needed to copy SAGELOCAL/bin/libntl.dll.a to
 SAGELOCAL/bin/libntl.dll to get past import errors.

 Then, the usual fork() problems on startup, and rebaseall does not help. I
 am afraid we're back to the root of the problem. I'll try to rebuild from
 scratch one more time, but this doesn't look good.
