Comment:
One has to remove the dependency #715, because #715 and #11521 are
mutually dependent, but #715 needs to be applied first.
Anyway. There just remains the error in sage -t -force_lib
devel/sage/sage/categories/hecke_modules.py, which amounts to writing a
_an_element_ method. The error with r seems to have been noise.
