Let us made it simple with a very plain logic. 1) Anda berada pada era teknologi informasi tanpa batas yang transparan. Relevansi: semua traders/investors baca dan tahu rekomendasi-rekomendasi yang mengatakan SIMP undervalued sebegitu murahnya sebagaimana klaim tukang kecap.
2) Even begitu murahnya, baik kemarin atau hari ini, berapa persen kapitalisasi transaksi BEI dibandingkan persentase transaksi SIMP. Hitung sendiri. Meaningless. Apakah tidak ada yang tahu ada barang dagangan "murah" atau cuma Anda dan teman-teman perekomendasi sendiri? Tanyakan pedagang cabe, apa yang akan mereka dagangkan kalau harga cabai turun, dan harga bawang naik....ya, semuanya ganti dagang bawang. Terjadikah itu pada SIMP dalam dukungan pasar yang signifikan bahwa valuasinya sedemikian murah? Masih banyak tuh yang memilih dagang yang lain. Mereka tidak percaya? :d 3) Coba lihat transaksi kemarin, dan temukan siapa penjual terbesar ketiga, dan apa kata si penjual sebelum listing dimulai? They said buy. Kesimpulannya? Investors/traders yang mereka fasilitasi untuk menjual SIMP kemarin saja tidak percaya rekomendasi brokerage house-nya. Kenapa Anda bisa percaya? Coba tanyakan ke Credit Suisse. :d Very simple, and we set aside complexity of valuation concern. We are not saying yet those who said it was undervalued were completely baseless, but we could not find their argument was convincing enough. Until they could convince with both, the valuation and the way price is in action, then we will ponder to revisit. :d.
