In this case the problem appears to be the test not the code that is being tested. Since Turadg is now to busy to fix it. I don't know.
I do not know this JUnit stuff well, one of you people who have used junit can you look at the test and figure out why its initialization code is not running in continuum? I think the test worked in eclipse, but I'm not sure now.
