Few days back there was a kidnap attempt on two little boys returning home from tutions at Margao - the older boy poked his pen into the kidnapper and foiled the attempt . Close on its heel comes the shocking news of a small 7 year old girl being raped by unknown assailants . The suspects are migrants settled in Margao. An appeal to all that when planning infrastructure and facilities ( RP 2021) to try to curtail as much as possible the influx of such migrants who now at the moment are in the ratio of 5:1 . That is for every Goan there are 5 migrants with a dream to make Goa their future haven. Allwyn
