What struck me over the past few days was that my dad (at 80) took it on himself to train young kids in football in the fields. While he does lose his cool occasionally, obviously all the kids enjoy their evenings, and have taken to the game with a whole lot of enthusiasm.
Which makes me wonder: how many other talents, or organising skills, are lying hidden in the village, which could be put to good use? My dream is to start a photography and/or writer's club for teenagers... but that could take some time to get organised (because I'm quite bad at organising, apart from in the online world :-)).
