I remember the good old days when Saligão would participate regularly in the
Mando Festival. There used to be days of preparation. I remember practising
in Lourdes Convent & José Cordeiro's house for the show in Kala Academy.

There is nice video on YOU-TUBE on the Goan Mando, directed by Nicholas
Sequeira. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YxzvTZ7fDko )

We have Tarika & Suhail, George & Victoria Lobo and Dillon singing the
melodies of the mando is sweet children's voices.

The other day I saw Oslando's CD at a Music store…

We have lots to tap and also lot of existing talent

I will be glad to be a part of this revival.
