Thanks for taking the time and trouble. The choice seems simple to me: Ground plus two and you have buildings protruding through the tree line - nasty. Ground plus one and you have a lovely, cool, nestling feeling with shaded villas and an intact tree line.- lovely. But I dont much care for heritage villages. They end up with over-subscribed tea shops, bus tours and bars. Villages can be non-heritage and still be beautiful, vibrant and local.
