Ashley, I would have loved to make some meaningful responses to your questions, however I am not at all conversant with the topic and therefore refrained from making any suggestions. However, I just wanted you to know that despite my silence on the topic under discussion, I still love Saligao very much. Having spent the best years of my life in the village, I can only hope that any decisions that are made are in the best interest of the village and it's residents.
