You are doing what you are supposed to do & that is accepted by me anyway. Noted all information in your above para. Count me in amongst "almost the whole village is against it". I am not against change, but against change that completely destroys our way of life. Who wants to be like Calangute or Porvorim? Then that is the time we will have to "beg" for recognition. Heard about some plan for a highway along the hill connecting some other places. Also heard about widening of roads in Donvaddo - making way for more of those huge trucks & buses, the dust etc. etc......we have enough to contend with now without more problems being dumped on us even in our vaddo... In fact I had quite a long discussion with Eric in January, standing by the said of same road in Donvaddo. I wasnt convinced by his arguments whether there is provision for a 75 year leeway or not. I wont be around, & I dont have children or grandchildren who will be around either, the family line dies with me & my sister but I wouldnt want the mess left for my nephews & nieces anyway or the descendants of my neighbours. So..... ....input coming up soon with regard to the other 2 questions ... need fortification by way of tea, meal etc. just kidding! Forced to deal with other jobs as using office time today.
