No Race or Religion or Nationality Mix ups! In most developed Countries there are Strict Laws which govern all Foreign visitors residing in the Country (esp the long staying ones!) of whether they can work or engage in any kind of Business.
Do we have these in India or Goa?. Im pretty sure there are laws but they are simply not enforced. There will be a lot more Accountability of the Foreigners (esp the not-so-good ones) who choose to reside for long periods of time in Goan Houses (without the Resident Goan or Indian Hosts in it!) other than commercial Establishments like Hotels, Hostels and so on. A little more Dinaris to be made on the side but definitely worth the Accountability.
