And that really is the biggest part of the problem... a complete lack if justice and absolutely no penalties for offenders. And as long as that continues, people will obviously do whatever they like because they know they can easily get away with it. God bless (y)our law enforcers!! I mean....may they really be blessed with more good sense and the ability to start taking their job more seriously!
