Actually I had put a camera there, along with a sign saying under
surveillance. the camera lasted all of 2 days. the sign remains. might
consider doing it again.

The village has most of its street's in darkness, the nalla's open as

Ashley you should consider fitting a cam and a light there. The area
there is in darkness, but no one gets the Panchayat to get street

Last night at about 1.pm <http://1.pm> my wife who was working
late, heard the sound of a bike stopping and bags being flung.
early this morning, the sight of a bag with a mix of wet
waste, dry waste and plastics was thrown in my compound near
the garage (pictures attached). another black garbage bag
filled with wet waste and other stuff was placed / thrown
just outside my garage. (i did not go down in the nallah to
open it)
