Don't mean to be pessimistic... but do you really think the lights
and cameras in strategic areas will last for more than a couple of
hours...before being stoned or destroyed in some other way?! Please
correct me if I'm wrong.

The village has most of its street's in darkness, the nalla's open as
death traps, the ghadda's being built closer and closer to the road

Ashley you should consider fitting a cam and a light there. The area
there is in darkness, but no one gets the Panchayat to get street
lights installed.

after the bike being stolen, the "attacks" continue!!!
Last night at about 1.pm <http://1.pm> my wife who was
working late, heard the sound of a bike stopping and bags
being flung. early this morning, the sight of a bag with a
mix of wet waste, dry waste and plastics was thrown in my
compound near the garage (pictures attached). another black
garbage bag filled with wet waste and other stuff was placed
/ thrown just outside my garage. (i did not go down in the
nallah to open it)
