NT News Service Mapusa, March 24 A British national, Ronaldo John Robert Shaw aged 54, has been killed in a road accident reported at the Calangute police station yesterday afternoon.According to the Calangute police, the deceased along with another friend was proceeding on a pulsar from Calangute to Saligao, when they dashed against an M 80 bike that was parked on the roadside in front of a restaurant at Saligao . Both sustained severe injuries in this accident and were admitted to the Goa Medical college and Hospital but later Robert succumbed to his injuries while the other whose identity is yet to be known is underging treatment. The police claim that he is presently not in a position to give any details about the mishap. The body of the deceased has been sent for post-mortem.
