With the entry of the new Panch members into the Panchayat, illegal constructions have started full swing again. The complaints that I have filed have not been addressed by the Panchayat and attempts made to regularize the construction by falsifying information and Jacking procedures. Under provisions of the Village Panchayat act, Panchayat members supporting illegal constructions and falsifying information are liable to be penalized and removed from office also debarring them from future elections. This is a great opportunity to document the constructions bring it to the notice of the authorities and remove these crooks once and for all. Those willing to help out in this please provide information on nature of illegal constructions, survey numbers persons involved We cannot afford to allow this goonda rule to continue. The classic case of the illegal eye sore of a construction of Arjun Harmalkar at the Salmona Spring with the backing of an ex-panch member must never happen again and such people in the village need to be black-listed, so people do not give them work, sell them properties or buy their goods / products.
