Dear Rico Sorry I may have got carried away with my description of Lucas. But the fact remains that extortion and corruption is rampant in the Panchayat and we need to do something about it. In a recent case of a two-level shop being built right bang in front of Aunty Emilys (Coelho) balcony in Muddawaddi. The Town planning dept had inspected the site and declared it completely illegal, violating all setbacks and even built on somebody elses property. However, later on a site inspection and Panchanama conducted by Lucas, Jack and Eknath, their panchanama says it is a reconstruction of a garage, having proper setbacks !!
