The machine is hosted a remote datacenter. I connect to the machine via Terminal Services. In the check configuration I am using the username "Administrator" and the corresponding password for all of the NT-based checks. I can run everything fine when Servers Alive is a program running from the desktop but when I try to run it as a service all of the NT-based checks fail. I have to be able to run Servers Alive as a service or this solution is not going to work for us. If Servers Alive is a good solution for us we plan on buying it so any help which we can be given would be greatly beneficial. Right now this "service" issue is preventing me from rolling it out to our other servers. I would be glad to provide any additional information that would help troubleshoot this issue. Could someone who is running Servers Alive as a service please give me some feedback on this issue? This is becoming increasingly frustrating.
