I just checked my files...if I am checking an NT service/process on my own machine, the username/password fields are blank.

It is a standalone machine running Windows 2000 Server as it's OS. All 4 of the checks (NT Checks) that are failing are basically self-monitoring checks, i.e. it is monitoring the same machine that it is running on.
