IF SA is running as service, and the user running does NOT have desktop interaction then this would NOT be possible without rewritting SA (and not just rewriting a few lines but rewriting almost everything).

That was in regards to editing a SA entry on-the-fly. Can you generate the "call" from another program and have the running SA pop up in a Terminal Services client window? If that's possible, I believe it would make everyone happy.
And yes I'll beta test it for ya :)
